How to turn off Demo Mode (not the notification!)

Ok, this may be a stupid question, but how to I change from Demo mode to production?  Everything is configured, but I do not see a setting to put the store into production.  I'm *NOT* looking to turn off the notification, but to make the store live.

 

I have version 1.7.0.2 installed.

Hi,

 

There isn't another "Demo mode" in Magento besides "Demo notification", as far as I know. What makes you think that your store is not in production yet?

 

If you see a custom "demo" page or your store is accessible only from specific computers - maybe your developer made a htaccess redirect or IP restriction?

The confirmation email indicates the store is in Demo mode, even if I have the notification turned off.  We are developing in house.

The payment method was still in test mode.  Changing that resolved my issue.
