Is there a standard Redirect Manager Function for logging and redirecting 404s?

Does Magento have an extension that logs all the 404 and then allow the admin to create individual redirects and manage them from on Dashboard? For an example Joomla ships with  Joomla's Redirect http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/joomla-3/308-redirect-manager ? Currently, for Manageno the best I could find is Optimise Web's Mass 301 Redirects for 404 Pages, but it lacks 404 logging, https://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/optimise-web-s-mass-301-redirects-for-404-pages.html

Thanks for the reply!

It looks like "404 Manager" will create an easily accessible log file to work from. Will I then have to manually create the redirects in another section of Magento?

Will I be able to add the new redirected url in the Item Information > Url [ changing url here ] ?
