Language Switcher Flags

Does anyone know how to add flags to the language switcher?

Can it be done somewhere in the admin? or do I have to go into the code?

unfortunately, the default Magento installation does't let you add flags to the language switcher.

But you can use our solution - Store and Currencly Switcher for Magento. It lets you replace the native Magento Store View switcher with a user-friendly Country Switcher with flags on the frontend.
