I'm using Webkul's extension, was wondering if anyone had experience with it?  I'm currently using Ultimo theme with it, but I'm having trouble with all the features actually showing up.  For instance, when registering, none of the options appear. Nor does the sidebar options in a user's account.

Have you placed all templates and layout files into your theme folder? if not then move it into Ultimo theme. Cheers

Yeah, they're in there. I'll just have to wait out Webkul's support to help solve it :/
