Magento site not working in other country...

Hi,

  I did one magento site and it's work fine in india but the same link site doesn't worked in other country i.e malaysia (My client from malaysia) but the same case opened mobile devices....i don't know what's a problem and how to recover...

please any one help........

Have you tried accessing your site with an anonymizer from the country where it's not normally accessed?

No sir....but my customer from Malaysia...he only said it doesn't open....any other way to check....

There could be any number of reasons. Occam razor says that it's technical issue on customer end: firewall, white-list, browser crash, whatever. Or maybe customer is just annoyed by you and decided to send you to the wild goose chase by reporting a fake problem. I've actually seen it happen couple of times.
