New products are not up when using narrow list by.

We are using Mega Menu in Magentech SM Market theme. On the sidebar of our site we have Parent Categories and subcategories and then categories under this. Lately none of the new products are showing in the third level category. For instance in our store we have

Dry Erase Products
Then in this category we have this  Dry Erase Boards and Pull Down Charts
Under this category we have Static Cling, Dry Erase (9)

It says there are nine products (which there are) but when you click on Static Cling, Dry Erase link only 3 products show on the page.

The products that don't show in Static Cling, do show in the parent category and subcategory.

I see a difference in links and wonder if that might have something to do with it.

The problem is the link is going here which only shows products that were already there

Instead of here which shows all the products
http://geyerinstructional.com/dry-erase-products/dry-erase-boards/static-cling-dry-erase/

Any help greatly appreciated.
