Plugins to keep cache from being validating

Is there something to keep the cache from invalidating. It is making the store view not come up and website is worthless to me if this keep happening. Please help.

One or more of the Cache Types are invalidated: Blocks HTML output. Click here to go to Cache Management and refresh cache types.

One of the community members did make a extension for this:

Remember to always test in a staging environment before going live.

There is a EE patch as well (I don't have it readily available right now).
