Is there any way to create price lists in Magento? In our shop we offer different products, which belong to the same category, and therefore have the same prices. It would be nice to create a tier price list once, and apply this to all belonging products.

Does anyone have any idea on if and how this is possible?

It depends what you mean with price tiers. There're "tier prices" and there're "group prices". The last pretty much implements different price lists for different groups so it's probably the droid you're looking for.
