Problem adding other currencies

I have just done a 1.9.3.8 installation as my server only supports this version. All setup OK. Problem is when adding allowed currencies. My Base Currency is GBP same as Default Display Currency. When I choose an allowed Currency option like Euro, and click Save, I get the error

• Selected default display currency is not available in allowed currencies.

GBP is highlighted in allowed currencies. It thinks I am trying to add the same currency again (GBP) as an allowed currency but I am choosing Euro.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi @peter_west,

You should select adn save the allowed currencies first and then select the euro.

I've just tested with a vanilla installation and works properly.
