Hello anyone can tell me if I have the option to create a color picker with the images, name each product and add the addition option to purchase, as in the image?
Or some plugin that does that?

If I understand correctly, you are wanting to have images as product options?
Which version of Magento are you on? Since version 1.9.1 Magento have introduced product swatches that you can customise with images in the way you are showing in your image. You can find out more about this here: http://docs.magento.com/m1/ce/user_guide/catalog/product-configurable-swatch.html
