When people from other countries want to do a business 2 business transaction, I have to assign them to the tax free group. When I do that, and customers log in to their account, suddenly all the products are not visible anymore.
When I test it myself the same happens. If I copy and paste the link of a certain product in the browser, I go to the page and everything works. I can add it to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
The only problem is the products disappear.
Does someone have an idea what that might be?
