Removing name on Social media share

Hello,

I have added a Facebook and Linkedin Share link at the bottom of some of my pages. When i go to share the pages though it shows up with my website url at the bottom and the main website it is shared from but then it also has a " | BY (NAME) (NAME) @ (Company) " and i need to know how to remove that part of the shared page description. 
Any Help would be appreciated
