Since a few days ago, we get errors with the UPS. We've been using UPS as the main shipment method for several years now. This is a Magento 1.9.2.2. (In the process of moving to Magento 2.)
The Gateway is: https://www.ups.com/using/services/rave/qcostcgi.cgi
However, in the debug "shipping_ups.log" the error printed is:
You don't have permission to access "http://www.ups.com/using/services/rave/qcostcgi.cgi?" on this server.

I've tried disabling and enabling, flushing cache and everything I could think of without success. The hosting company sees no issues on their end and assure that they support TLS 1.2.
Everything was working properly until a few days ago. No changes to the store configurations have been made.
Any ideas?
