Unique product for 1 customer

Hello, is there a way to create a unique product for 1 customer? We sell personalised items and a customer has asked if they can have their logo on a sticker. We have a module to enable customers to personalise and order specific designs, however these products display across our whole catalogue. If we designed a sticker/product with the company's logo, is there a way to let it be visible to that particular customer only when logged in and not visible to anyone else.

I see that you tagged Magento 1 in your post. With M1, you might consider an extension like:

Hi, thanks for the suggestion, these extensions look like they are for product groups, I would need something for lots of individual customers. I thought about hiding a product from the search in admin and then adding that product to the customers wishlist, but i'm not sure how that would work, there is no way in admin to add a product to the customers account, and i would need a link to stay in there once its ordered (so the customer can repeat purchase). Would M2 help me with this problem any better?

It's an interesting point. I've used these extensions to make products available for individual customers simply by creating customer groups for individual customers.
