Upload media file

 C:/xampp/htdocs/magento/pub/media/wysiwyg is not under storage root path.

I got this error during image upload. im using magento 2.2

Some users said is related with permissions.

But also there is an issue open: https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues/13929

Can you check both solutions and share which one has worked?
