Way to match received goods to orders in CMS?

Hi

Is there a way to quickly determine which customer / order number is associated with goods we received to fulfill the orders? Eg.. a pair of shoes arrives to our warehouse, I want to quickly match these shoes with the specific customer / order in CMS they're associated with.

Is there an extension needed or it's available ..where?
