i Can not edit attribute from table

i create a new attribute and added it in admin panel table 

but i can not edit it please guide me some one know the issue

You can not modify means, how you want to modify it?

hy i ca not updating the field in admin panel table when i click on ediot it give me the green and red mark but did not show field where i need to edit it.please see screen shot from post.
