2 magento webshop on 1 server?

Hi,

my programer said that not will be ok if I have two similar web shop on 1 server, because this new web shop will be copy of existing webpage(magento copy). What is your opinion about that, can I have problems because of this?

There shouldn't be any problem but the two store will share the resources of the server so if your second store gets too busy, it can potentially slow down both stores.

If they are two separate Magento installations, they should not affect each other at all.
