Clearing cache for only one store with Lesti FPC and Redis

We have successfully set up Lesti FPC with Redis, including session and backend cache, on a Magento 1.9.2 with a few stores. Everything is working perfect, and fast.

Our question is, if possible, how to clear the cache for a specific store?

We have access to redis-cli via ssh, if needed.

The problem is, if we flush the cache in Magento, the cache is cleared for all stores.

You will want to use the Extendware http://www.extendware.com/magento-full-page-cache.html

With it you can clear per store. You can also clear per group such as all categories. It is the only cache I am aware of that can do this.

I would not recommend purchasing the extendware fpc full page cache extension. We purchased it with all the addons costing over 300 USD. The extension came with a one year license and now does not work. Extendware will not respond to questions asked why it was sold with a one year license. 

They are requesting as much as the extension itself to renew it, which as a matter of principal we will not pay. Very misleading company who has interests in profits first rather than customer satisfaction.

LiteSpeed's LiteMage cache not only allows you to clear a single store, but you can also do selective purges within (for sale areas, etc.)
