While I've never heard about them, I do need to point out that there are too many hosting providers who claim that they are the "fastest" without any possible ways to verify their claim.
What I suggest you to do instead is to give any hosting provider that you are interested a try and gauge their performance, support, uptime, etc yourself. Most providers should have a money back guarantee so you can request for a refund within the set timeframe.
