Magento Backend Manage Category Not Working

Hi,

We are using magento 1.9.0.1

When you click on the Manage Category, for some reason  i couldnt expand the main category.

I cant even click the main category. Add Sub Categories / Root category is also not working.

Meanwhile when adding a product works well. 

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Hi,

I am not getting any error.  When I try to expand the sub category it just freezes [ajax loading image will popup nothing will happen]

When I try other links such as Add Sub Category / Root Category noting happened.

First, check that your system.log and exception.log are enable from magento backend.
Try the above thing and then see the files in Magento root->Var->log-> System.log or exception.log file. That will show you the exact error.

just check browser console for any errors,

and make sure you don have any leftovers or debug code in index.php
