Seems to be a coding/syntax issue. Look at the template where you have the code for top 'Login' link and the link has the issue. Both code needs to be same. You can see that link on the top row works but the one has issue has additional text in the URL.
Once you compare the code for both places make it same as what you have on the top 'Login' link. Should fix your issue.
