Access to "sales_flat_order_address" from C# via SOAP interface v2

I pick up orders with a C# program via SOAP v2.

From the database table "sales_flat_order_address" I need to locate the e-mail for the delivery address. This should also be done via the SOAP interface. However, I find no way to realize it.

It would be great if someone could help me.
