Backend - can't create customer

Hello,

AS the title said, i' can't create a new customer in the backend.

When i click on the button add new customer, the header of the backend is loaded but after it's blanck

The link generatd by the button is ../..//customer/new/key/.../

Si i searched on my server a folder named new in app/design/adminhtml/default/default/template/customer/, but without success !!

Is it normal ?

Which file is concerned by the button ?

I must say that i've got small knowledge on this part of magento's backend. So if you have idea, do not hesitate

Could you please try with deployment on your server with your languages pack,

php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f en_US

If you have multiple languages then you need to pass all the languages in deploy command with space separated language package name and clear browser cache.

Hello Rakesh,

First thanks for your anwer but this kind of command is possible only with magento 2 if i well see and i'm with magento 1.9.3.

I search since several day but still without success where is the code corresponding to this button ...
