Blocks HTML output

Hello everyone, I have a new problem to solve, I installed version 1.9.2 as advised I disabled the Blocks HTML output and everything works! my problem is that every day car enabled the Blocks HTML output and every day I have to disable it!

 

You find this problem in your site?
