Hello, I use Magento 1.9 when I go on the administration of my site I type the good login and password, and it notes me: .... I emptied my caches in the folder VAR ... I Tried full of solutions found in this forum and nothing helps, could you please help me, I really work a lot to lose everything today. I count on your help, thanks in advance Alain

Hi @alain73_alan,

Did you try in any other browser or cleared the cache/cookies of your browser? Do you have any other user who can login to admin panel.

Hello, I tried with another computer without the same IP, is nothing even error message. Do you have another idea? thank you
