Hello, I hope someone can help.
I'm looking to have custom options on a product have just an overall set price. So no matter how many of the 5 options I select, only £1 will be added to cost.
Next I want this to work with a drop down select I have based on weights.
So If I select 100g, then select a 1 or 2 or more flavour(s) from the custom options, that would be £1 flavour(s) + £3 100g = £4, but if I select 200g, that makes the flavour £2, not £1, so that would be £2 flavour(s) + £4 200g = £6 for example.
Can anyone help me, or direct me to some knowledge. Effectively I want the custom options to work in that way.
Regards
Steve
Custom options are easy to create since you do not require to maintain separate products as the individual variants. But this practice will only work for you if you have a small catalog or a Make to Order model.

Hi OSTech
Thank you for the reply, I didn't think anyone would answer.
This was all working well creating a new Attribute. It didn't say anything in that tutorial about Manage Attribute Sets, so I added a new set.
It mentions creating a new product, however I already have a configurable product, but looking in Associated Products, I can't get my new Attributes which was titled Flavours.
I hope yourself or someone could shed some light on this.
Thank you in advance
Regards
Steve
