Custom page in customer/form

Hi,

I would like to create a new custom page in `frontend/base/default/customer/form` together with the other files login.phtml, register.phtml, changepassword.phtml, etc...

I created this file passwordexpired.phtml, but now I don't know how to continue to access at this file in frontend.

I'm trying to do this www.mystore.com/customer/account/passwordexpired/ like www.mystore.com/customer/account/login/

Can anyone help me with some hints how can i do it?

Finally I created a simple module with frontend and backend page using http://www.silksoftware.com/magento-module-creator/.
