I am supporting a business wanting to use the Custom Form functionality as part of their Contact Us process for customers on the front end. I'm not going to be building the solution, but am documenting the business requirements.
Before I can go any further, I have two questions:
1. They want to be able to ask conditional questions, i.e. show or hide questions depending on the answer to a previous question. Is this possible using Custom Forms?
2. They also want to be able to display relevant order information or customer data to the customer, in response to certain question combinations. Is this also something that's supported?
