Hi! i have a problem with: 

 

sales-->payment methods

 

Fatal error: Call to a member function toOptionArray() on a non-object in /www/................/src/Mage_Adminhtml_Block_System_Config_Form.php on line 463

Have you installed any extension related to Custom Payment method? If so, then disable the extension and check again.
