Exporting SKU and matching Product ID

Hi All, very sorry for my lack of knowledge, but hopefully this is the place I can find some help.

I am currently using V1.9

I am trying to find how to export the current Product ID with a matching SKU

If i go to System / Import/Export / Export i can download a csv product file but it only has the SKU, not the Product ID in the file.

Is there a way of achieving this file download please, with both the Product ID and SKU linked for each Product?
