I have a old site  running Magento 1.9

at that time in 2019 i configured Facebook messenger chat for the site,

Now i forgot how i did it i cant find any setting.

i tried looking in system .... configuration ... Miscellaneous Scripts

kindly help

i may have added it to head section manually but can not find

You can try to create one Js file and add this file in the Head section and then insert the code on that file

Brother I already have the chat working .. I just don’t remb how I got it working ..and now wish to remove it 😊

You likely added the Facebook Messenger chat by placing a code snippet into your theme’s head/footer or using a module. For a quick check:

• Go to System → Configuration → Design → HTML Head/Footer and search for an “fb-customerchat” or similar snippet.

• Also inspect your theme files (e.g., app/design/frontend/[your_theme]/template/page/html/head.phtml) for any <div class="fb-customerchat">.

• If you used Google Tag Manager to inject it, remember you must publish the tag for it to appear.
