Fedex API issues in Magento 1.9

Currently, my website is in Magento 1.9 community edition and am using FedEx shipping services. Recently I came to know that FedEx has changed their API structure and Magento 1.9 has not been upgraded their FedEx module. Currently, incorrect shipping rates are shown in FedEx.

Is there any patch available for solving the issue? Or a free extension to solve this issue.
