Free shipping for customers from adwords

I have a magento 1.9 and i want to offer free shipping to all clients that are coming from adwords campaign.

Do you have any ideas ?

You need to capture the Adwords cookie first

then based on your cookie write a small module to disable your shipping if Adwords cookie is present

I wrote a small article to disable Payment Method based on customer login, You need to apply the same principle to shipping method.
