Hello,
I am adding a plugin to Magento 1 that requires a Custom Option on each simple product to add a further charge to the product should this particular service be requested by a customer.
However, if the service is not being requested, I would prefer the drop down menu of the Custom Option not to appear - in fact it does not need to be shown to the customer at all.
Has anyone any idea how, if at all this can be achieved?
I did try the 'Hidden' option in the Magento backend, which did hide the drop down menu, but also removed the functionality of it too.
