How can I add Javascript from plugin to the store?

Hi Guys,

This might be a dumb question, but I've not found any solution as I wanted.

I want to extend an extension (LoL), so that extension can insert javascript to all store pages (all pages, taht are visible for 'normal' customers: product, page, checkout), but I don't want to edit any theme, I want the extension to do everything. (So it'll work with every theme)

I found solutions, that needed to create manually a block at the admin page, but I would like to please the users of the extension with a solution that can do this without manual editing of the site.

Just create a special design layout for your extension in base theme to add the scripts, all other themes won't have this layout and will default to base, so it works for all themes.
