How to fix Unwanted Customer register into the Magento 1.9.3.3?

1st ) we checked Magereport for if any security patches are needs to install or not but not found any patches which are not installed.

2nd ) we check site has malware or blacklist or not but we found no malware or not in the blacklist.

3rd ) We also add captcha to the registration form.

After all this, still, dummy customer register in the website.

Can you please help me to resolve this if you have any idea.

Could you please inform to you hosting provider. Please inform to that team,"which country unwanted customer creator and also that team provide the one log file". That list of ips you will backlist in server side.

You can use Google invisible captcha to protect your store from spammers attack. Find Google invisible captcha plugin and install it.

Sign Up form have already captcha and that is working fine.

But, then after dummy customer added into the site.

We checked into the admin side and find that the dummy customer have not IP address inserted into the "Manager Customer" table of admin.

So, now we contact our hosting provider and let you know.

And also please enable customer account confirmation mail. so once customer register the account the confirmation mail is send to particular  customer. once customer click the confirmation then only create the account in magento.

Yes, that is already enabled.

But, in Magento when the customer registers with the dummy content and clicks on a register at that time that customer details save into the website admin.

We need to stop that.

After verification, that customer information saves into the admin side.
