How to fix "Minimum_Commercial supply amount" warning in cart page?

How to fix "Minimum_Commercial supply amount"  warning in cart page?

We do not need this warning if any group customer or not logged in cart page.

If only 1 Qty in cart page then after we do not need this warning on the cart page.

Please help if you have any idea to the same.
