I want to change a product page design and reposition some elements

Hi , I am new on magento 2 and want to change representation of product page like add some new things , reviews at the end of page and re position some elements . In which and where in files I have to change .

In that case you'll need to be familiar with Magento layouts and blocks (and, of course, css and js).

WHich could be the specific question here?
