Magento backend don't save data in database!!

Good morning,

I have a problem with my magento enterprise 1.9.1 website. When i try to change everything in backend.

It answer me that all changes are saved but if i check the page it reload the old data. The database are still the same. No changes!

Any idea?

Hi Teo,

After you make a change on magento,

You need to clear the cache (the cache controls saved content from your last time looking at the page).  Or you can work on your site with cache disabled until your finished.  This will allow you to see updates in real-time.

System -> Cache Management  ->  Select All -> Refresh

You will need to do this each time you make a change; or turn it off while you work.

Cache is disabled in the website.

I've tried to delete in var/ folder the cache/, session/ and report/ folders.

Full Page Cache is disabled too.

But nothing, in my local version all work fine. But just i've transferred online,  it stop to save configurations changes and all that need to be saved in database.

Any ideas?

When you mean, make changes in backend, do you mean the file manager or FTP?

Can you be a bit more specific, what file are you changing, what folder is it in?

App/Design/Frontend/Default/Default/Template/Page/Html/Head.phtml

No no in the GUI backend. Like magento.com/admin

When i go to system configuration or in catalog and i create a new product or edit one. Every action that edit the database.
