Making image labels non mandatory

I am using Linnworks to import data in my Magento 1.9.2 instalation, problem is when I want to go inside a listing and edit it from Magento backend, when I try to save the product edits, its asking to input values inside the image label which I want to leave blank or not show on-hover in the front end, whichever way is easier.

I want to know the warning or error message which Magento showed here. By default Magento, the label of image is not required. You should give me its message.

Generally, If you want to disable a required attribute: Catalog -> Attributes -> Manage Attributes -> choose your attribute -> in Properties tab -> set Values Required to No.

This is a screenshot of the error message when I try to save. I cant find label in my attributes list.

Hi @morlauskas,

Are you using CreareSEO extension? If yes then there is a setting to make the image labels mandatory.

Please check once if this extension is installed on you Magento site.

Thanks for pointing me to the problem, it was the SEO extension that had turned it on automatically.  Thanks for your help
