^ help me take a look at my website again for this< i've created the storeview.

is all can be done via Magento Admin panel? or do i need to modify the source code that uploaded into the server?
Edit: Sorry, my reply was based on not being able to see the replies before posting.
I do not fully understand your problem but you would set up multi store views (one for each language). When you have done that you would then have the ability to change store views on each product edit page so you could change the titles accordingly. Other setting can be changed for that store view like what language pack to use.

I just saw the code from firebug and saw the store views you have created. 1. Default store view 2. Chinese
Yes those seems to be blocked with navigation menu.
I am not sure if your theme allows from admin, but if not you will need to adjust header part with CSS.
Maybe after all you will need Language Auto Switcher based on GeoIP. You can find it here GeoIP Store And Currency Switcher
Hello!
Alternatively, you can check out this GeoIP redirect extension https://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/geoip-redirect-by-amasty.html
By the way, when having a site in multiple languages, do not forget about SEO side: you should have unique meta data and ideally a hreflang tag on all the pages.
Use an auto currency & language switcher extension and get rid of all the complex coding. The following language switcher extension by FME will automatically detect every visitor's location and switch the language & currency of the store accordingly. So every visitor can read your store in their native language and make purchases in local currency.

I can't but agree with the others that the best way here is to use the GeoIP Switcher extension for improved store switcher and better user experience at the same time. And here is the useful module:
Hello @DesmondOng,
Thank you to all for giving such good information about language switcher. GeoIP is basically working around that when the website location changing that time website language and currency both change automatically. you can refer to t on store also a marketplace.
Magento 2 GeoIP Redirect extension enhances customers’ experience by redirecting them to specific store views as per their geolocation.
