Multiple errors

Hi

sales_order_place_after, catalog_product_save_after, customer_save_after trigger, but if any error occurs, the systems roll back and does not save any update.

adminhtml_customer_save_after doesnt get trigger from frontend. only get trigger from admin

controller_action_catalog_product_save_entity_after triggers accordingly but the system doens not display observer object.
