Multiple store website products

Two STORE WEBSITE:

 

1ST STORE WEBSITE can display the products of 2ND STORE WEBSITE in the frontend, but 2ND STORE WEBSITE can't display the products of 1ST STORE WEBSITE.

 

Is this possible? Thanks!

Yes, that is possible. You just have to apply the custom visibility for the second store from the Magento Admin Panel.
