I've tried so many times , contacted 2-3 developers , my current one changed the REDIS and said it'd be fixed - but NO. Still the constant issues.

Our magento 1.9 store had real problems in indexing , i found MIRASVIT who do a real nice indexing extension which made everything work - the above prob has been fixed.
