Need Help adding Grouped Products

I'm a new Magento user.  I'm looking for the most efficient way to add Grouped Products.  Each  of my products come in up to 30 different configurations or sizes.  From what I see, I need to build 30 Simple Products and 1 Grouped Product with the 30 Associated Simple products.  That will be very time consuming.  Is there a better way?  Thank you.

If you're familiar with the Magento programming then importing hardly took few minutes using CSV file. Go through the below wiki for more details and steps:

Note - Important columns in CSV are "Type" and "Link". Click second link to see the CSV format.
