i try to develop a one-click checkout for up-sales.
Sometimes it works correctly, sometimes i stuck on shipping method selection.

i tryed to get the last order shipping method (flatrate_flatrate) and added this to a new order.
i tried it statically to "flatrate_flatrate" but all ends in the same exception.
please help me in this case
