I have a website that was launched on Magento on April 1, 2015. Previously, the website was on Big Commerce, but all the orders and customer data from Big Commerce have been migratrated into Magento.
In Magento, I need to be able to generate reports for orders for Taxes by Tax Rate. I am able to do this for orders after April 1 but not before April 1 (orders migrated from Big Commerce). Can anyone provide instructions for how to do this? I am able to generate reports for orders from both before April 1 and April 1 and see the TOTAL amount of taxes; however, I need to be able to generate reports that break down these the taxes by tax rate.
