Payment method Without the need for shipping details and shipping method.

Hi,

I want o to create a payment method that will be used on a POS but will not need shipping info or method. At the moment I need to put these details in the system before I can process the order. But to make thing quick and also I don't need customer info all the time at the POS.

I created a payment method using this guide so if all I need to do is change a few lines of this code that would be great.
