When im on a product page and i click one of the pictures, nothing happens. The page just scrolls back to top. It doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen often. about 70% of the time. How to fix this?
Install FireBug for FireFox (or tools > developer tools in chrome) and look for errors on your pages. Most likely you are missing the library inlcude files to make your script work.
I have the same problem. Pls let me know if you figured something out. What I noticed is that on product page where picture gallery would not work, after clicking on the thumbnail it takes you to the top of the page and puts "#" at the end of the url. If its a global problem I dont understand why images work fine in some products and do not work in the others.
